Both the Frisco Roughriders and the Round Rock Express had rainouts today, so we only have two games to give you the updates from. And in those games, the Rangers affiliates both lost, and only scored one run apiece.

Down East had Mason Englert start, and he went 4 IP with 3 hits, 1 walk, 1 run, and 4 Ks. The mysterious Nic Laio went 3 IP with the same line as Englert but with one more hit allowed. Leury Tejada went 2 IP with 1 run allowed on a home run, with 2 Ks and 1 walk.

Evan Carter and Luisangel Acuna each went 0 for 5, so we can all start panicking and freaking out now. Jayce Easley and Jose Rodriguez each had a hit and two walks. Keyber Rodriguez, Dustin Harris and Cody Freeman each had a hit.

For Hickory, Ronny Henriquez went 4 IP with 2 runs on 2 hits, 3 walks and 3 Ks. Ty Thomas threw 3 shutout innings with 1 hit and 4 Ks. Nick Snyder and Sean Chandler each had a scoreless inning.

Offensively, Chris Seise and Justin Foscue each had 0 for 4s, so we can start panicking about them too. Jonathan Ornelas started the game on the bench, but entered for Blaine Crim, who had started at third base, after Crim was picked off. Ornelas had a hit and a walk. David Garcia had a hit.
