Good morning, LSB.

The Rangers were shutout for the second Thursday in a row yesterday in a 5-0 loss to the Seattle Mariners.

Jeff Wilson has notes from the Rangers’ ninth straight road loss.

The bats were quiet but at least we got to see Adolis Garcia continue to make kickass plays.

Evan Grant writes about outfielder Jason Martin, who made his Major League debut last night after spending three years in the Pirates organization struggling with his “hitting personality.”

Evan also answered a bunch of fan questions, most of which pertaining to the Rangers’ draft.

The Rangers have had a whole bunch of injuries down on the farm.

Wilson writes about the Rangers streakiness thus far in 2021, last night’s loss their third straight after winning three straight after losing three straight.

Elsewhere, Levi Weaver (and friends) writes about some real ugly hats that MLB was selling for like an hour.

In a very Oakland story, Shohei Ohtani had to take the train to the Angels/A’s game yesterday.

And in case you missed it, the Pirates committed one of the silliest errors in modern memory in their game against the Cubs yesterday.

That’s all for this morning. The Rangers continue their series with the Mariners at 9:10 tonight. Have a nice day.
