It was Frisco with a doubleheader today, providing us with five games again today...
Starting at the lowest level and then moving up, Tyree Thompson started for the Wood Ducks and got run in the third inning after he hit a batter. then had the batter charge him, resulting in a bench-clearing brawl:

Nic Laio gave up a run in 3.2 IP in relief on 2 hits, including a home run, and one walk, striking out 4. His ERA is now 1.64 on the season. Joshua Javier gave up 3 unearned runs in 1.2 IP, and while he allowed just one hit, he also allowed 5 walks while striking out two. Leury Tejada allowed an unearned run in 1.1 IP, striking out two and allowing one hit and one run.
Evan Carter had a home run and two walks in six plate appearances. Luisangel Acuna went two for four with a walk and a steal. Cody Freeman had two walks, two doubles, two stolen bases, and a single. Keyber Rodriguez had a double. Thomas Saggese had a single and a stolen base. Dustin Harris had a hit and a walk. Obie Ricumstrict, who I am mentioning because I like his name, had a home run.
Hickory had Ronny Henriquez go today, and while he struck out seven in 5 IP and allowed just six hits and one walk, he still gave up 5 runs.
Jose Acosta homered. Pedro Gonzalez doubled. Kellen Strahm and Frainyer Chavez each singled. That was all the hits. There were no walks.
Frisco finished their suspended game from yesterday, and got stomped 16-8. Yerry Rodriguez went two innings yesterday, allowing no runs on three hits and one walk, striking out one. Jake Latz took over today when the game resumed but went just one inning, allowing two runs on two hits, including a home run, while striking out two. No indication as of yet as to why Latz only went one inning.
Fernery Ozuna got rocked, giving up three home runs among five hits while allowing five runs in 2 IP, striking out one. Blake Bass walked three and allowed two hits, including a home run, but game up just one run in 2 IP.
All told, Amarillo hit 7 home runs off of Frisco pitchers in the final seven innings of the suspended game.
As for the hitters, Bubba Thompson went 2 for 4 with a walk, Dio Arias had three hits, Steele Walker and Sherten Apostel each had a hit, and J.P. Martinez had a pair of hits and a walk.
In the second game, A.J. Alexy allowed a run on three hits, including a home run, with four Ks in 4.1 IP. He’s gone three straight games now without a walk. Scott Engler retired all four batters he faced, striking out two.
Ryan Dorow had a single and a homer. Bubba Thompson, Sherten Apostel and Matt a Whatley all had singles.

Round Rock had Wade LeBlanc go today, and he gave them six innings of two run ball. Luis Ortiz had two shutout innings, and Jimmy Herget finished it out with a scoreless ninth.
Yohel Pozo had two home runs. Curtis Terry and Andy Ibanez had hits, and Eli Whute had a hit and three walks.
