Hans Crouse started for Frisco on Thursday, and he was very good. Crouse went five innings for the Roughriders, allowed no hits, struck out seven, walked three and hit a batter. The hit batter was to start the sixth, after which Crouse was lifted and the batter ended up scoring, so Crouse got dinged for a run. Cole Uvila had a scoreless inning of work.

Josh Jung went 3 for 4 with a homer and an HBP. J.P. Martinez had three hits. Anderson Tejeda had a double.
