54-93 - Rangers crawl ever closer to oblivion with 8-0 loss to White Sox

Surely everyone will have fond and lasting memories of this one

The Texas Rangers didn’t score a run while the Chicago White Sox scored eight runs.

At least, after this latest horror, there’s only one more home game on a Friday night for the Rangers to embarrass us and themselves in their Love’s Travel Stop gift aisle hats.

Player of the Game: Leody Taveras was one of two members of the lineup with two hits (along with IKF) but he also stole a base so he wins.

Up Next: The Rangers will play the White Sox in a game of baseball again tomorrow with RHP Spencer Howard set to work through it for Texas against former actually good Ranger Lance Lynn. Saturday night’s first pitch from The Shed is scheduled for 6:05 pm CT.
