Texas Rangers lineup for September 23, 2021 against the Baltimore Orioles: starting pitchers are Glenn Otto for the Rangers and Zac Lowther for the Orioles.

Whenever I do the lineup posts this season I have frequently find myself thinking in my head I need to type “against the Houston Astros” regardless of who the actual opponent is. I have no idea why that is, although the act of having noticed that seems to have reinforced it, and it is now happening more and more often. I’m at a loss as to what triggered this or why my mind feels like that’s what I need to put up there. My hope is that this goes away once the season is over.
